Ocean Place Seal Beach is Seal Beach's luxury and newest community. It was built in 2019. All the homes here have been sold already. They sold between $2.4 to $4 million. The location is incredible, next to the San Gabriel River and next to the ocean and this community is a south facing. Next to the Ocean Place is brand new River's End Park, designed with native plants, trail and playgrounds for the public to enjoy. If you want to go to Old Town Seal Beach, Main Street is about six blocks East. Right over the bridge to the West is Long Beach’ Alamitos Bay with its robust daytime water activities, ample restaurants and bars and its active nightlife.
